Bespoke Luxury Kitchens – Typical Sizes & Prices

Small Kitchen

A small kitchen will be a space that has less cabinetry in the design but that does not always mean it will be a small space. Bespoke cabinetry will be between £10-£15K and the entire kitchen (including bespoke cabinetry, quartz worktops, custom tap/handles, and VAT) averages between £15 – £25k.

Medium Kitchen

Most of the kitchens we do at Caddisfly are medium-sized kitchens. They generally have an island with seating for 2-3 people. Bespoke cabinetry costs are generally between £15 – £25k, and the entire kitchen (including bespoke cabinetry, quartz worktops, custom tap/handles, and VAT) averages between £25 – £35k

Large Kitchen

Large kitchens generally have an island with seating for 4+ people, or they may have additional storage throughout the room such as drinks cabinets, custom banquette seating, bespoke dressing units etc. Bespoke cabinetry costs are generally £40k+, and the entire kitchen (including bespoke cabinetry, quartz worktops, custom tap/handle and VAT) normally starts £60k+.

Low Formaldehyde MDF and water-based paints: Our MDF panels have low formaldehyde emissions to minimize the toxins that are present in the air and your home. We only use water-based paints and lacquers which are much less harmful to breathe in than the solvent-based equivalents

Do You Charge For A Design?

No we don’t, we provide a totally free design service.*All designs remain the property of Caddisfly kitchens until a deposit is paid.

Do You Supply In-Frame Kitchens

Yes. We supply In-Frame, True handless, Real Timber Shaker style, Birch Ply, Matt & Gloss slab edged made with our latest workshop technology.

Do You Have A Showroom?

Yes, we have a design studio and showroom located in Johnstone, Renfrewshire (near Glasgow) where we change the displays on a regular basis to keep up with the latest trends.

Do You Supply Quartz Worktops?

Yes, we have some displays in our Design Studio which you can touch and feel the product. We have an island which has 80mm thick Quartz with a waterfall end, which is stunning!

Would I Be Able To Fit My Own Kitchen Myself ?

Yes. Our cabinets are built rigid which means the legs, doors and drawers are all attached. Basically you push the legs in and level the cabinet. It’s that easy.

Do You Make Everything In Your Workshop?

We make all the cabinets in our workshop and some doors like our Birch Ply & slab edged doors.

Are Your Kitchens Guaranteed?

Yes. Our cabinets are guaranteed for 10 years

Where Do You Deliver To?

We deliver all over the UK.

How Long Do I Need To Wait For Delivery?

Depends on the order but usually around 3 – 4 weeks.

How Much Is This Kitchen Going To Cost Me?

The cost of a kitchen has a lot of variables, such as the type of door finish, type of worktops and the size of the kitchen. We have supplied kitchens from £5k to £80k.
